We are artists based out of Southern California. We create unique one of a kind fashion statements utilizing new materials as well as re-purposed fashion designer materials.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Please allow 3 to 7 days for shipping depending on product availability and production.

All express air orders (1 day, 2 day, 3 day, UPS, USPS Express, etc) and priority handling orders (for those who pay the rush handling fee) must be received by 2:00 PM CT in order to be processed on the same business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is urgent and is placed after 2:00 PM CT, please contact us to confirm that it is possible for the order to ship the same day. We will do our best to accommodate you.

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground orders are shipped in the order they are received, usually within 3 business days. USPS First-Class Mail orders are shipped in the order they are received, usually within 3 -5 business days.  Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, except on national holidays.

USPS First-Class Mail shipping method is not trackable. Therefore, if a package are lost or damaged and insurance has not been purchased, we are unable to replace the order. For this reason, we recommend either purchasing insurance or using a different shipping method if you are not willing to take the risk.  Please note that USPS Priority Mail shipments are automatically insured up to $50 and USPS Express are automatically insured up to $100.

We take the greatest care in packaging our items. However, if you would like to request that your items ship in a box rather than in our normal packaging, an additional charge will be applied. For express shipments (1 day, 2 day, 3 day, UPS, USPS Express, etc) the additional charge is $10.00 because of the cost that UPS and the USPS charge for boxes vs envelopes. Heavy orders and wholesale orders must pay the actual cost of shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us

USPS international orders are not our responsibility once they leave the USA. Sometimes customs can take a day or two and sometimes they take several weeks. If your package has left here, but not arrived at it's final destination, please contact your local customs office as we have no way of tracking the shipment once it leaves the United States. If you do not purchase insurance, we are unable to reimburse you if the shipment does not arrive. Time processed in customs and any duty related fees and taxes are beyond our control.

RETURNS

The following items CAN NOT be returned 

Due to the nature of the following items CAN NOT be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we CAN NOT accept returns for:

  • Custom or Personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
